Job summary

Sungrow USA Corporation is seeking a Spare Parts Coordinator for a hybrid position based in Houston, TX. The role focuses on managing spare parts, tool orders, and equipment orders, with occasional dispatch support for field service teams.

The successful candidate will validate orders, ensure correct part selection, monitor inventory, and provide timely updates on deliveries. A minimum of five years in related roles and a relevant degree are preferred assets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer service or inventory management role.
• Bachelor’s degree or technical degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience in spare parts management or logistics.
• Preferred experience in solar industry, field service, parts management, or supply chain operations related to renewable energy projects.
• Relevant certifications in inventory management or logistics would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process spare parts orders with detailed entry of part numbers, descriptions, quantities, and delivery locations.
• Validate incoming parts requests from field service teams for accuracy before processing orders.
• Monitor order statuses to ensure on-time fulfillment and delivery.
• Maintain communication with vendors and suppliers to track progress and address delays.
• Collaborate with warehouse to maintain accurate inventory records and track usage rates.
• Provide real-time updates on inventory levels and availability to field service and vendor teams.
• Coordinate delivery and pickup with rental vendors and job sites; source and schedule rental equipment.
