Job summary

Sungrow North America is seeking a Spare Parts Coordinator for a hybrid role based in Houston, TX. The role focuses on managing spare parts, tool orders, equipment orders, and supporting dispatches with precise entry, tracking, and documentation.

Responsibilities include validating orders, tracking inventory levels, coordinating with vendors and the warehouse, and delivering timely updates to field service teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer service or inventory management role.
• Bachelor’s degree or technical degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience in spare parts management or logistics.
• Preferred experience in solar industry, field service, parts management, or supply chain ops for renewable energy.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process spare parts orders with detailed part numbers, descriptions, quantities and delivery locations.
• Validate incoming parts requests from field service teams for accuracy before processing.
• Monitor order statuses to ensure on-time fulfillment and delivery.
• Maintain inventory records and track usage with warehouse collaboration.
• Provide real-time updates on inventory levels and availability to field service and dispatch teams.
