Job summary

ACT Power Services is seeking a Solar Maintenance Technician to join the Array Optimization Team, overseeing onsite operations and ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality of work. You will perform maintenance on solar modules, strings, trackers, and inverters while leading a crew across multiple sites.

The role requires 1+ year of solar PV experience, strong safety culture, and the ability to interpret electrical drawings.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in solar PV preferred.
• Proficient with CMMS and MS Office; strong documentation.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and determine DC voltages/currents.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate crew; foster collaboration.
• Onboard/train new crew on safety, tech procedures, software, and docs.
• Provide daily guidance for onsite tasks and maintain reporting quality.
• Maintain tool/equipment, and ensure inventory and supply readiness.
• Manage RMA logistics for timely processing.
