ACT Power Services, LLC is seeking a Solar Maintenance Technician to safely perform preventive and corrective maintenance on Commercial and Utility Scale Solar PV plants. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maximize production while expanding your technical skills.

Entry-level position with on-site work across outdoor solar facilities; training provided, competitive benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with electrical systems and components.
• Proficiency with power tools for repair tasks.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics accurately.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.
• Must have the ability to travel and work on-call.

Responsibilities

• Uphold safety standards in all tasks.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and troubleshooting at solar facilities.
• Learn NEC code, electrical theory, and industry best practices.
• Conduct DC/AC testing and I-V tracing.
• Maintain maintenance schedules and service reports.
