Job summary

Mortenson Construction is seeking a Solar Laborer I to support solar project teams. The role focuses on preparing, handling, and supplying materials for other crafts and includes solar panel installation, rigging, and racking assembly.

You will contribute to pile layout and ensure clean work areas while working with common construction tools and equipment. Candidates should bring construction experience, the ability to operate power and hand tools, and a strong team orientation.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction preferred.
• Ability to work with tools and equipment listed in qualifications.
• Strong teamwork orientation with a positive attitude and good communication.
• Lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload equipment and materials.
• Prepare, handle and supply materials for other crafts.
• Solar panel install.
• Rigging.
• Racking assembly.
• Torque tube assembly.
• Pile layout.
• General cleanup and debris clearing.
• All other duties as assigned.
