Mortenson Construction is seeking a Solar Laborer I to assist with preparation, handling, and supply of materials for solar projects. Responsibilities include loading equipment, railing assembly, pile layout, rigging, and general site cleanup.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction preferred.
• Ability to work with tools and equipment such as power and non-powered hand tools, vibrators, pumps, drills, and jackhammers; forklifts, skid loaders, and power buggies.
• Strong teamwork orientation; positive attitude and professional customer service skills; detail orientation; active listening skills and effective communication, including an openness to diverse input and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload equipment and materials.
• Prepare, handle, and supply materials to be used by other crafts.
• Solar panel install.
• Rigging.
• Racking assembly.
• Torque tube assembly.
• Pile layout.
• General cleanup and clearing of debris.
• All other duties as assigned.
