Job summary

Fonroche Lighting America, Inc. seeks an organized Inside Sales Support professional in Coppell, TX to coordinate with Sales Managers, customers, and municipalities. You’ll manage Salesforce data, schedule meetings, assist bids, and keep the sales process orderly across teams.

The role emphasizes proactive communication, calendar management, and cross-functional coordination with production, design, and operations to ensure timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales support, customer support, project coordination, or administrative roles.
• Strong communication skills and professional phone/email interaction.
• Excellent organizational skills with detail orientation.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM; quick learner.
• Ability to support multiple reps in a fast-moving environment.
• Proficient in Teams, Outlook, and Excel.
• On-site requirement in Coppell, TX.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers, municipalities, and partners to gather information and confirm details.
• Cold call and send outreach to engage city contacts and set up meetings for Territory Sales Managers.
• Schedule demos, site visits, Teams calls, and customer meetings.
• Manage calendars, logistics, and help reps stay organized.
• Assist with event coordination including lunch-and-learns and conferences.
• Send follow-ups, confirmations, reminders, and meeting notes.
• Enter and update accounts, contacts, and opportunities in Salesforce.
• Create reports and dashboards used for territory forecasting.
• Coordinate with Sales Enablement on bids and proposals.
• Provide geographic inputs and project details for solar studies with Design.
• Coordinate with Production and Supply Chain on timelines and inventory.
• Serve as the central connector between sales, design, production, and operations.
