Job summary

Fonroche Lighting America is seeking an organized Inside Sales Support professional in Charlotte, NC. You will serve as the operational hub for a specific sales territory, coordinating with Sales Managers, customers, municipalities, and internal teams to keep projects moving smoothly.

You will manage Salesforce data, schedule demos and meetings, support bids, and ensure accurate geographic inputs and project notes. A proactive, service-oriented communicator will thrive in this fast-paced role.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales support, customer coordination, or administrative roles preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers by phone and email.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to details; ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers, municipalities, and partners to gather information and confirm project details.
• Schedule demos, site visits, and meetings for Territory Sales Managers.
• Manage calendars, logistics, and follow up with stakeholders to keep projects on track.
• Assist with bids, submissions, and compliance documents with Sales Enablement.
• Provide accurate geographic inputs, maps, and project notes for solar studies.
