About The Role

As a Municipal Sales Representative, you will drive growth in sales, developing direct relationships with municipalities and decision-makers responsible for street, park, trail, and parking lot lighting. This is more than a sales role—you will act as a trusted advisor, market developer, and relationship builder, helping cities transition to a brighter tomorrow.

Based in our Coppell, TX sales and engineering office, you will work closely with internal teams and technical staff to deliver Fonroche lighting solutions across municipalities. What You’ll Do

• Identify & Develop Opportunities: Build and manage a pipeline of projects, closing deals that drive regional expansion.
• Market Expansion & Standardization: Lead municipal sales efforts, positioning Fonroche as the go-to solution for solar lighting adoption.
• Client & Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for municipalities, ensuring long‑term engagement and repeat business.
• Go-to-Market Strategy: Explore new sales and market development strategies to accelerate growth.
• Product Expertise & Presentations: Become proficient in solar lighting principles and present the technical and cost‑saving benefits to clients.
• CRM & Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting, and collaboration within CRM tools.
• Travel & On‑Site Meetings: Regularly meet with municipal leaders in person to build strong, trust‑based partnerships.
