Job summary

The role focuses on coordinating with engineering, production, purchasing, and shipping to resolve issues, while keeping Salesforce data clean and up-to-date.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in customer service, inside sales support, order processing, or administrative roles.
• Experience in lighting, electrical products, or manufacturing is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build accurate quotations using price books, configurations, and product codes.
• Create and track opportunities in Salesforce with prompt quotes and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal teams for quote revisions and product options.
• Monitor order status, delivery schedules, and ES Ds with agents and customers.
• Maintain Salesforce records and up-to-date pricing tools and templates.
