Qualifications

• Experience in sales support or admin roles.

• Ability to support multiple reps in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers, municipalities, and partners; gather details and schedule meetings.
• Enter and maintain accounts, contacts, and opportunities in Salesforce; generate reports.
• Support bids, proposals, and compliance forms with Sales Enablement.
• Maintain documentation and onboarding for new representatives; organize files and templates.
