Job summary

ION Solar is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team in Orem, UT. You will engage with potential customers, qualify leads, and educate them on the environmental and financial benefits of switching to solar energy.

This is an in-office role with 6–8 hour shifts, typically 8:00 AM–7:00 PM weekdays and 9:00 AM–5:00 PM on rotating Saturdays. You’ll work with CRM systems, make outbound calls, answer questions, and aim to close sales while meeting targets.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Competitive, goal-oriented mindset.
• Able to thrive in a commission-based environment.
• Phone-related service experience is a plus.
• Proficient with computer applications.
• Strong multitasking, including navigating CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and follow up on leads.
• Understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities.
