ION Solar is seeking an Inside Sales representative in Utah to drive customer acquisition for residential solar solutions. You will handle dozens of daily calls, engage channel partners, and qualify prospects to set appointments for the outside sales team.

The role requires strong communication, CRM experience, and multitasking in a fast-paced office. Competitive wages, 401(k), and paid time off are provided.

Formación

• Experience meeting or exceeding sales quota.
• Strong phone presence with ability to make many calls daily.
• Proficient with productivity and presentation tools.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong listening and presentation abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time.

Responsabilidades

• Source new sales opportunities via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and texts.
• Provide technical information about solar power, systems, equipment, and services.
• Gather information to identify prospects' solar energy needs.
• Share quotes, orders, warranties, incentives, and tax rebate information.
• Qualify and schedule appointments for outside sales teams.
• Route opportunities to sales executives for development and closure.
• Complete daily confirmations and follow-ups with outside reps.
• Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest.
• Maintain and expand your prospect database in your territory.
• Collaborate with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
