Job summary

NovaSource Power Services seeks a Utility Solar Technician I for Gustine, CA. You will monitor SCADA, perform commissioning, testing, inspection, troubleshooting, and maintenance of AC/DC solar PV systems at a utility-scale plant.

Requirements include 1 year related experience, a High School Diploma or equivalent (college/tech degree preferred), and a valid driver’s license. You will work under safety protocols, LOTO, and complete the technician qualification program within 90 days.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a related position.
• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent; college/tech degree preferred.
• Equivalent training in military, utility, or power industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor PV Plant operation through SCADA.
• Commission, test, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and modify AC/DC solar PV systems.
