Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; vocational/technical training a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work in mechanical/electrical environments via training or work experience.
• Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety and ensure adherence to safe practices on site.
• Operate and care for company equipment and tooling under supervision.
• Service solar equipment across multiple plants under supervision.
• Perform basic testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance tasks under supervision.
• Assist in on-call emergencies as directed by supervisor.
• Document work performed accurately and prepare required reports.
