Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• NFPA 70e Safety Training certification or ability to obtain.
• Ability to work in a mechanical/electrical environment.
• Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to operate company vehicle with valid license.
• Proven ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform field maintenance on solar equipment under supervision.
• Follow safe work practices and wear PPE.
• Operate and care for company property and tooling.
• Service solar equipment across multiple plants.
• Conduct basic testing and troubleshooting using monitoring programs.
• Replace or repair solar parts under supervision.
• Prepare accurate work reports and documentation.
