Job summary

Enphase Energy, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to provide on-site support to Distribution and Installation Partners in Massachusetts. The role requires owning problems through completion and delivering best-in-class customer service.

The position involves up to 50% travel, testing and diagnosing PV and storage systems, and collaborating with customers and the scheduling team to ensure alignment and quality service. A valid electrical license and NABCEP certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in electrical installation and service.
• Valid state driver’s license with clean record; insurable.
• Commercial or residential electrical license required.
• NABCEP certification preferred or required for some roles.
• Proficiency with computers and multiple applications; MS Office usage.

Responsibilities

• Service Enphase PV and storage systems within assigned territory.
• Coordinate site visits with homeowners and scheduling team.
• Perform onsite testing and diagnostics to evaluate system performance.
• Install and route conduit, pipes, and wiring; maintain safety standards.
• Train and mentor team members on installation techniques.
