Enphase Energy is seeking a Field Service Technician for a 6-month temporary assignment to provide on-site support to our Distribution and Installation Partners. This role requires owning problems through completion and delivering best-in-class customer service.

The position involves up to 50% travel, servicing PV and storage systems, coordinating visits, and performing onsite testing with strict adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in electrical installation and service.
• Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record; must be insurable.
• Commercial or residential electrical license and NABCEP certification.
• Ability to read and interpret plan sets.

Responsibilities

• Travel up to 50% within the assigned territory to service Enphase PV and storage systems.
• Coordinate site visits with homeowners and scheduling team.
• Perform onsite testing and diagnostics to evaluate system performance.
• Work on rooftops and elevated structures; install wiring and conduits.
• Complete maintenance reports and required documentation accurately.
• Maintain safety protocols and tool inventory.
• Mentor team members on installation techniques and best practices.
• Meet domestic travel requirements with valid identification.
