Job summary

Enphase Energy, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to provide on-site support for PV and storage systems within the assigned territory.

The role requires traveling up to 50% and coordinating with homeowners, scheduling teams, and internal customers to ensure timely service completion. Responsibilities include testing/diagnostics, installing conduit and wiring, updating the Enlighten monitoring system, and maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of electrical installation/service experience.
• Commercial or residential electrical license required.
• NABCEP certification preferred.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support for Enphase PV and storage systems in the assigned territory.
• Coordinate site visits with homeowners and scheduling team.
• Conduct onsite testing/diagnostics and document results.
• Install and route conduit, wiring, and related components; work on rooftops/raised surfaces.
• Maintain safety protocols and complete maintenance reports promptly.
• Mentor team members on installation techniques and best practices.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate strong attention to detail.
