Job summary

Enphase Energy, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to provide on-site support to Distribution and Installation Partners. This role involves owning problems to completion and delivering best-in-class customer service while working across multiple sites.

You will travel up to 50% of the time, service PV and storage systems, test and diagnose installations, and mentor teammates on proper techniques, all while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of electrical installation and service experience.
• Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to read and interpret plan sets.
• Commercial or residential electrical license.
• NABCEP certification.

Responsibilities

• Travel up to 50% of the time to support territory.
• Service Enphase PV and storage systems.
• Coordinate site visits with homeowners and scheduling team.
• Perform onsite testing and diagnostics.
• Work on rooftops and elevated structures.
• Complete maintenance reports and documentation.
• Update Enlighten monitoring system with changes.
• Install and route conduit, piping, and wiring.
• Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA standards.
• Train and mentor team members on installation techniques.
• Develop BOM/BOS from system designs.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
