Job summary

Enphase Energy in the United States is seeking a Field Service Technician for a 6-month temporary assignment to provide on-site support to our Distribution and Installation Partners.

This role requires owning problems through to completion and delivering best-in-class customer service at all times.You will travel up to 50% of the time to service Enphase PV and storage systems, perform on-site testing and diagnostics, work on rooftops and elevated structures, and maintain thorough documentation

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of electrical installation and service experience.
• Valid state driver's license with a clean record.
• Ability to read and interpret plan sets.
• Commercial or residential electrical license.
• NABCEP certification.

Responsibilities

• Travel up to 50% to support assigned territory.
• Service Enphase PV and storage systems on-site.
• Coordinate site visits with homeowners and support teams.
• Perform on-site testing and diagnostics.
• Work on rooftops and elevated structures.
• Complete maintenance reports and documentation.
• Update Enlighten monitoring system with changes.
• Install and route conduit, copper piping, and wiring as needed.
• Adhere to OSHA safety standards.
