Enphase Energy is seeking a Field Service Technician for a 6-month temporary assignment in Massachusetts. The role involves on-site support for distribution and installation partners, with responsibilities spanning testing, diagnostics, and safe, high-quality installations.

Candidates should have 2+ years in electrical installation/service, a valid driver’s license, and MS Office skills. NABCEP certification and an electrical license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid state driver’s license with clean record; insurable.

• Ability to read and interpret plan sets.

Responsibilities

• Travel up to 50% as needed within territory.
• Service Enphase PV and storage systems.
• Coordinate site visits with homeowners and scheduling team.
• Perform onsite testing and diagnostics to evaluate performance.
• Work on rooftops and elevated structures.
• Complete maintenance reports and documentation.
• Update Enlighten monitoring system with changes.
• Use field tools (drills, levels, tape measures, ladders).
• Install/conduit, copper piping, and wiring as needed.
• Participate in safety training and follow protocols.
• Maintain tool inventory and management.
• Respond to customer needs with high service levels.
• Follow OSHA standards and safety first on sites.
• Train and mentor teammates on installation techniques.
• Review system designs and BOMs/BOS.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Identify process improvements for efficiency.
