Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years of experience in electrical installation and service.
• Valid state driver's license with clean record; insurable.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to read and interpret plan sets.

Responsibilities

• Travel up to 50% within the assigned territory.
• Service Enphase PV and storage systems in the territory.
• Coordinate site visits with homeowners and scheduling team.
• Perform onsite testing and diagnostics to evaluate system performance.
• Work on rooftops and elevated structures.
• Prepare solar maintenance reports and documentation.
• Update Enlighten monitoring system after changes.
• Install and route conduit, piping, and wiring as needed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA standards.
• Mentor team members on installation techniques.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and workmanship.
