Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Mechanical/electrical experience through training or work.
• Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Knowledge of Lock Out/Tag Out safety procedures.
• Basic understanding of solar installation/plant.
• Familiarity with testing equipment.
• Proficiency with basic computer operations.
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Must obtain NFPA 70e safety training.
• Maintain current safety and technical trainings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and service solar equipment across multiple plants under supervision.
• Perform basic testing, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
• Replace or repair solar components as directed.
• Prepare accurate documentation and reports of work performed.
• Respond to on-call requests for emergency repairs.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and company policies; travel up to 10%.
