Qualifications

• 3+ years of utility-scale solar experience on ground-mount systems.
• Experience with megawatt-scale PV systems and inverters.
• Knowledge of OSHA/NFPA 70E safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair utility-scale solar systems.
• Perform testing (LOTO, IV curves, insulation tests).
• Assign work, track progress, and keep jobs on schedule.
• Perform O&M on utility-scale solar plants.
• Inspect completed work and ensure quality and safety standards.
• Enforce safety requirements on-site.
• Diagnose system issues in the field.
• Complete work orders and service logs.
• Operate and maintain company vehicle and tools.
• Train and support junior technicians in the field.
