Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to work in a mechanical/electrical environment.
• Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Knowledge of safe Lock Out/Tag Out practices.
• Understanding of solar installations/plant basics.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Safely perform field maintenance and basic testing of solar equipment.
• Operate and care for company property, equipment, and tooling.
• Respond on-call to assist in emergency repairs.
• Prepare accurate reports of work performed.
• Collaborate with EPC management on process improvements.
