Job summary

Moss, a leading national EPC and construction management company, seeks an Energy Field Recruiter to partner with project leadership and hire managers. This remote role (Fort Lauderdale, FL) involves 50-70% travel to solar and energy projects across the United States.

The ideal candidate will be a relationship-driven recruiter with strong sourcing capabilities, able to build pipelines in diverse markets and provide a positive candidate experience while supporting staffing objectives and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting and workforce recruitment or related staffing functions.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills across multiple platforms.
• Ability to build relationships with field leadership, hiring managers, and candidates.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites, hiring events, and recruiting activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to build active talent pipelines for craft and hourly roles across project sites.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce plans, job requirements, and labor market conditions.
• Source and engage qualified candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Promote Moss's employer brand and communicate culture, benefits, and career opportunities.
• Organize and participate in hiring events and community outreach initiatives.
• Maintain active candidate pipelines and coordinate movement through the hiring process.
