Job summary

Moss is seeking an Energy Field Recruiter to support solar utility-scale projects nationwide from a remote Fort Lauderdale hub. You will develop sourcing strategies, screen candidates, and coordinate movement across multiple sites with 50-70% travel.

Ideal candidates bring full-cycle recruiting experience in construction or renewables, strong relationship-building, and excellent communication. This role offers exposure to large projects and opportunities for growth within Moss.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement across platforms.
• Ability to build relationships with field leadership and partners.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Experience recruiting for construction, renewable energy, solar, skilled trades, or industrial environments preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish and/or English/Haitian Creole preferred.
• Willingness to travel periodically to project sites and events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to build active talent pipelines across project sites.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce plans, job requirements, forecasts, and local labor market conditions.
• Source and engage qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Promote Moss's employer brand and communicate culture, benefits, and opportunities.
• Create market-specific recruiting plans by researching local demographics and labor trends.
• Build relationships with workforce centers and community partners to enhance recruitment.
• Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings.
• Coordinate candidate movement through the hiring process for a positive experience.
• Organize and participate in hiring events, career fairs, and site recruitment initiatives.
• Maintain active candidate pipelines and talent communities for future needs.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition teams to share market intelligence and best practices.
• Track recruiting activity and maintain timely communication with candidates and stakeholders.
