Moss seeks an Energy Field Recruiter to work primarily remote with 50-70% travel across project sites. You will partner with project leadership to forecast staffing, source and screen skilled craft labor, and coordinate hiring processes to ensure a positive candidate experience.

• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Ability to build relationships with field leadership, hiring managers, and community partners.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to build active talent pipelines for craft and hourly workforce across project sites.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce plans, job requirements, forecasts, and labor market conditions.
• Source and engage qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct campaigns.
• Promote Moss's employer brand and communicate culture, benefits, and career opportunities to candidates.
• Create market-specific recruiting plans by researching local demographics and labor trends.
• Establish relationships with workforce centers, trade schools, chambers of commerce, and community partners to enhance recruitment.
• Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and coordinate movement through hiring process.
• Organize and participate in hiring events, career fairs, and site recruiting activities.
• Maintain active candidate pipelines and talent communities for future staffing needs.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to share market intelligence and best practices.
