Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement across multiple platforms.
• Ability to build relationships with field leadership, hiring managers, and community partners.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Experience recruiting for construction, renewable energy, solar, skilled trades, or industrial environments preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish and/or English/Haitian Creole strongly preferred, with the ability to communicate with diverse populations.
• Willingness to travel periodically to project sites and events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to build active talent pipelines across project sites.
• Partner with project leadership to understand workforce plans and labor market conditions.
• Source and engage qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Promote Moss's employer brand and communicate culture, benefits, and opportunities to candidates.
• Create market-specific recruiting plans by researching local demographics and labor trends.
• Establish relationships with workforce centers and community partners to enhance recruitment.
• Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate hiring steps.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and coordinate movement through the hiring process.
• Organize and participate in hiring events, job fairs, and site recruiting activities.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team on best practices and pipeline development.
