Moss & Associates (Construction) is seeking an Energy Field Recruiter to lead field staffing across solar, storage, and commercial projects. This remote role (Fort Lauderdale, FL) requires 50-70% travel to project sites nationwide.

You will build talent pipelines, screen candidates, and coordinate hiring with project leadership to meet staffing needs. Ideal candidates bring full-cycle recruiting experience, strong sourcing, and excellence in communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition across platforms and channels.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills with multiple recruiting methods.
• Ability to build relationships with field leadership, hiring managers, and candidates.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience recruiting for construction, renewable energy, solar, skilled trades, or industrial environments preferred.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish and/or English/Haitian Creole preferred; travel to project sites as needed.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to build active talent pipelines for craft and hourly labor across project sites.
• Partner with project leadership to understand workforce plans, job requirements, and labor market conditions.
• Source and engage qualified candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Promote Moss's employer brand, culture, benefits, and career opportunities to candidates.
• Create market-specific recruiting plans by researching local demographics and labor trends.
• Maintain relationships with workforce centers, trade schools, chambers of commerce, and others to boost recruitment.
• Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and coordinate movement through hiring processes.
• Organize and participate in hiring events and community outreach initiatives.
• Maintain active candidate pipelines and talent communities for future staffing needs.
• Share market intelligence and best practices with Talent Acquisition team.
