We are seeking an Energy Field Recruiter to partner with project leadership, build pipelines for craft and hourly labor, and execute innovative recruitment strategies across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement across multiple platforms.
• Ability to build relationships with field leadership, hiring managers, and partners.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Experience recruiting for construction, renewable energy, solar, or industrial environments preferred.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish and/or English/Haitian Creole strongly preferred.
• Willingness to travel periodically to project sites, events, and recruiting activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to build active talent pipelines for craft and hourly labor.
• Partner with project leadership to understand workforce plans, job requirements, and labor market conditions.
• Source and engage candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and outreach.
• Promote Moss's employer brand and communicate culture, benefits, and career opportunities.
• Create market-specific recruiting plans using local demographics and labor trends.
• Establish relationships with community partners and workforce centers to boost recruitment.
• Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and coordinate hiring process steps.
• Organize hiring events, career fairs, and project-site recruiting activities.
• Maintain active candidate pipelines and talent communities for future staffing needs.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team to share market intelligence and best practices.
• Track recruiting activity and communicate with candidates, managers, and stakeholders.
