Job summary

Moss is seeking an Energy Field Recruiter to partner with project leadership and hiring managers across solar and renewable projects. You will proactively identify workforce needs, source and screen skilled craft and hourly labor talent, and coordinate hiring processes to ensure a positive candidate experience.

The ideal candidate brings full-cycle recruiting expertise, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to build pipelines across diverse markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement across multiple channels.
• Ability to build relationships with field leadership, hiring managers, and partners.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Experience recruiting for construction, renewable energy, and skilled trades.
• Bilingual ability (English/Spanish or English/Haitian Creole) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to build active pipelines for craft and hourly roles.
• Partner with project leadership to understand workforce plans, requirements, and labor conditions.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and events.
• Promote Moss's employer brand and communicate culture, benefits, and opportunities.
• Coordinate candidate movement through the hiring process and ensure a positive experience.
• Organize and participate in hiring events, career fairs, and community outreach.
