Job summary

IronRidge, Inc is seeking a Field Applications Engineer to cultivate business opportunities through technical product application support, demonstrations, joint calls with sales, and on-site visits. You will train customers and provide on-the-ground guidance for rooftop installations across the Northeast/New England region.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of related experience or a relevant bachelor’s degree, familiarity with Salesforce and Excel, and the ability to design PV layouts and assess

Qualifications

Requires ability to read and interpret technical docs and regulations.
Strong communication and presentation skills for customer engagements.
Experience supporting sales teams and conducting product trainings.

Responsibilities

Plan territory technical sales visits, events, trainings.
Generate training reports for customer and sales engagements.
Provide on-the-job training for opportunities on ground and rooftop.
Gather customer feedback to improve products and training content.
Coordinate training with other solar manufacturers to generate product demand.
Develop curriculum and educational materials for new products/services.
