Job summary

Enstall Solar Group is seeking a Field Applications Engineer to drive technical sales and customer engagement across the Northeast region. The role requires 50% travel, rooftop and ground-level demonstrations, and collaboration with sales personnel to expand the IronRidge portfolio.

The candidate should have 3–5 years of related experience or a 4-year degree, be comfortable at heights, and familiar with Salesforce and Excel. Base salary is $100,000–$112,000 with bonus/commission potential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years related experience and/or a bachelor’s degree or equivalent mix.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical documentation and regulations.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedures manuals.

Responsibilities

• Plan territory technical sales visits, events, trainings.
• Generate training reports for customer and sales engagements.
• Coordinate and provide on-the-job training on the ground and rooftop.
• Provide feedback on product improvements and training content.
• Leverage network to generate product demand with non-competing manufacturers.
• Develop curriculum and training materials for new products/services.
• Maintain records and report market trends and changes in weekly meetings.
• Report on competitive landscape and market intelligence.
