Job summary

IronRidge, Inc is seeking a Field Applications Engineer to cultivate business opportunities through technical product application support, demonstrations, and joint calls with sales personnel. The role requires 50% travel across the Eastern U.S., with on-the-ground customer visits and rooftop trainings to promote IronRidge solutions.

You will design PV layouts, document support questions, and collaborate with Engineering and Product teams for product development.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years related experience or bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college or university; or equivalent combination.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret journals, technical docs, procedures, and regulations.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Plan territory technical sales visits, events, trainings.
• Generate training reports for customer and sales engagements.
• Coordinate and provide on-the-job training for new opportunities on ground and rooftop.
• Provide feedback on product improvements and training content.
