Job summary

IronRidge, Inc is seeking a Field Applications Engineer for the Eastern United States, focusing on the Northeast. The role requires ~50% travel (5–10 overnights monthly) and extensive customer engagement, product demonstrations, and on-site training to promote IronRidge value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience/education.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical docs and regulations.
• Ability to write reports and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate business opportunities via technical product application support, product demonstrations, and joint calls with sales.
• Travel throughout the Eastern US region ~50% with 5–10 overnights per month.
• Provide on-the-ground and rooftop training and on-the-job coaching for opportunities.
• Document application support questions and relay feedback for product development.
