Job summary

SunEnergy1 is seeking an experienced Solar EPC Business Development Manager in Charlotte, NC, to drive growth, forge strategic partnerships, and secure new solar EPC projects. You will lead client engagements, shape proposals, and coordinate with project teams to ensure successful delivery.

You will leverage a deep understanding of solar EPC processes, industry dynamics, and market trends to expand opportunities and contribute to SunEnergy1’s long-term growth and brand presence in the renewable

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy or related field.
10+ years of experience in business development, sales or project management within solar or related field.
Strong understanding of solar energy technologies, EPC processes, and market dynamics.
Proven track record of securing and managing large-scale solar projects.
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders.
Experience with CRM software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the solar EPC sector.
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve growth and expand market share.
Conduct market research on trends, competitors, and potential customers.
Engage with clients, prepare presentations and proposals, and negotiate contracts.
Collaborate with project management to ensure successful project delivery.
Develop and implement marketing strategies; represent the company at industry events.
Track sales performance, market trends and provide regular reports.
