• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field is required; strong academic record preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of engineering experience with complex, clean energy solutions.
• Strong end-to-end understanding of complex PV systems.

• Self-motivated and able to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee adherence to project estimates, schedules, and delivery milestones.
• Implement systems, processes, and policies to improve efficiency and quality.
• Routinely walk through projects, evaluate quality, and engage staff to promote morale.
• Provide high level management of quality, risk, safety, and compliance.
• Interpret and plan with foresight to assure project success.
• Oversee issue resolution to protect organizational interests.
• Drive a performance-based culture through KPI definition and accountability.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned projects.
• Establish objectives and procedures for projects.
• Manage contract administration including terms, change requests, invoices, and progress payments.
• Maintain project budgets, schedule, costs, and pricing to ensure profitability.
