Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant certificate required.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in construction or energy sector.
• Background in commercial/construction contracts and EPC/solar projects preferred.
• Strong understanding of legal terminology and processes.
• Excellent written and oral communication; proficient negotiations.
• Experience with solar PV or BESS contracts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Legal team in drafting, negotiating and managing EPC contracts.
• Review and interpret contract documents; track obligations and compliance.
• Develop trackers and coordinate internal/external approvals.
• Manage contract templates and updates with EPC teams.
• Ensure accuracy of contracts and assist with process improvements.
• Travel up to 15% as required.
