Job summary

EDF power solutions North America is seeking an experienced EPC Contracts Manager to lead negotiations and manage EPC contracts across wind, solar, and storage projects in the USA. This role focuses on coordinating with legal, engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure timely execution and robust contract practices.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in contract management for utility-scale renewables, with strong negotiation and communication skills, and familiarity with Procore

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of contract negotiation and contract management experience.
• Extensive experience negotiating EPC agreements for utility-scale renewables (solar, wind, storage).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong oral and written communication to advise on commercial risks.
• Experience with Procore and Malbek contract management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead EPC contract negotiations with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate legal, engineering, procurement, construction reviews.
• Draft and negotiate terms and exhibits for EPC contracts.
• Maintain contract templates and version control.
• Provide contract support during the construction phase.
• Track and ensure timely execution of agreements.
