Job summary

Core Development Group LLC is seeking a Construction Contract Administrator to support EPC solar and renewable energy projects from award through closeout.

The role involves administering contracts, procurement, change orders, payment applications, and project documentation while collaborating with project management, engineering, procurement, finance, legal, and field teams to ensure compliance, timely execution, and cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field is preferred.
• 3+ years in contract administration, project controls, or related role within solar, EPC, or commercial construction.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, change orders, liens, and closeout requirements.

Responsibilities

• Administer EPC contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders, notices, lien waivers, and related docs.
• Track contract requirements, milestones, payments, retainage, warranties, and closeout items.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely execution and risk management.
• Review change orders and verify pricing, scope alignment, and impacts.
• Maintain contract and commitment logs, action items, and correspondence.
