Job summary

Ecoplexus is seeking a Project Manager to lead the EPC phase for PV and BESS projects in the United States. You will coordinate development, permitting, engineering, and procurement teams to ensure on-schedule and on-budget delivery.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years of project management or construction experience in power generation, with strong leadership, budgeting, and stakeholder communication skills. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to identify and implement process improvements on projects.
• Proven ability to collaborate across development, legal, and finance teams.
• Strong budgeting, cost control, and risk mitigation skills.
• Excellent communication for internal and client-facing meetings.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety targets and quality goals on all projects.
• Manage deliverables from design through EPC closeout and budgets.
• Create and track schedule requirements to meet on-time delivery.
• Oversee contracts from RFP to contract execution and invoicing.
• Order equipment with procurement; negotiate long-lead items and review invoices.
• Coordinate internal/external resources to meet project goals.
• Manage schedule and cost lifecycle through project closeout.
• Negotiate subcontracts and review change orders and invoices.
• Direct Construction Managers and oversee subcontractors on site.
• Act as primary representative to customers, community, and authorities.
• Adhere to Ecoplexus safety, quality, ethics standards and lessons learned.
