Job summary

BUILD Renewables LLC is seeking a Project Manager for Solar & BESS on nationwide EPC projects. The role oversees safety, quality and financial profitability, directing the project team and ensuring successful delivery.

You will manage schedules, procurement, change orders, and close-out, while maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners. The position requires 5+ years of PM experience in construction, and travel is 100% based across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience on large, complex construction projects.
• Experience on renewable energy projects preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office; knowledge of Procore and AutoCAD preferred.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to project team and ensure safety, quality, and profitability.
• Enforce adherence to contract, work plans, safety and quality plans.
• Lead goals to meet or exceed estimates and company objectives.
• Manage project estimates, schedules, procurement, and change orders with cost control.
• Maintain relationships with owners, engineers, subcontractors, and community.
• Liaise with authorities and regulatory agencies.
• Oversee project close-out and post-project reviews.
