Job summary

Clearway Energy Group is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager, EPC Procurement to lead end-to-end EPC contracting for wind, solar, and BESS projects. You will guide market engagement, RFPs, bid evaluation, and awards, ensuring contractual risk allocation and alignment with company policies.

You will partner with Development, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Operations to deliver robust contracting and effective change management across diverse portfolios. A hybrid role that supports multiple U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years EPC contracting/negotiation experience for Manager level; 6–8+ years for Senior Manager.
• Experience with large-scale wind, solar, or battery storage projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end EPC procurement and contracting.
• Oversee bid reviews, cost tracking, and negotiations.
• Align contracts with project risks and company policies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and key EPC partners.
• Support MOUs and project milestones; manage change and dispute mitigation.
