Job summary

Consolidated Electrical Distributors’ Greentech Renewables Management Trainee program trains candidates for multi-million-dollar locations. Trainees rotate through warehouse, sales, accounts, purchasing, project management and more, with 18–24 months of on-the-job and online training.

The ideal candidate is 18+, has a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and is geographically flexible to relocate and travel for classes and assignments in a growing solar distribution business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or related experience considered in lieu of degree.
• Willingness to relocate during and after the training program.
• Strong communication and leadership potential for management roles.

Responsibilities

• Learn all aspects of the CED business through rotations and trainings.
• Attend classes in various locations and participate in hands-on projects.
• Communicate effectively in English with teams across locations.
