Job summary

Greentech Renewables’ Management Training program is designed for sales-minded candidates seeking management roles in the solar industry. Trainees learn every aspect of Greentech Renewables’ business to supervise a multi-million-dollar location after completing the program.

On-the-job training lasts 18–24 months with rotations in warehouse, counter sales, accounts payable/receivable, financials, purchasing, project and inventory management, and business development.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Bachelor’s Degree; will consider related experience in lieu of degree.
• Current, valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Authorization to work in the United States (without requiring work authorization sponsorship by Greentech Renewables now or in the future).
• Ability and willingness to relocate during and upon completion of the program.

Responsibilities

• Learning all aspects of the CED business.
• Attending classes in various locations.
• Communicating - both written and spoken - in English.
