Job summary

Consolidated Electrical Distributors (CED) Greentech Renewables offers a Management Trainee program focused on commercial solar. Trainees rotate through warehouse, accounting, sales and management to supervise a multi-million-dollar location upon completion.

The program lasts 18–24 months with both online and on-site training. Relocation is required, and strong communication and leadership potential are prioritized for success within the Greentech Renewables team of CED.

Qualifications

• Relocation required during and upon program completion
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Bachelor’s Degree or related experience accepted in lieu of degree
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities

• Learn all aspects of the Greentech Renewables business
• Rotational training across warehouse, accounting, sales and management
• Attend virtual and in-person trainings with travel as needed
• Communicate effectively in English
