Job summary

Greentech Renewables seeks a Management Trainee for its Wallingford location to join a comprehensive training program in a fast-growing solar distribution business. You will rotate through warehouse, sales, accounts, purchasing, project management and financial operations to prepare for managing a multi-million-dollar location.

The 18–24 month program blends on-the-job training with online courses in solar products, sales and leadership, with regional travel and relocation as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Bachelor’s Degree or related experience in lieu of degree.
• Current, valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability and willingness to relocate during and after program.

Responsibilities

• Learning all aspects of the CED business.
