Consolidated Electrical Distributors seeks a Management Trainee for Greentech Renewables in the United States. This entry-level program launches a leadership path through a 24-month rotation across warehouse, sales, operations, and business development, with mentorship and formal training in solar distribution and renewable energy markets.

BD opportunities and exposure to nationwide branches, plus relocation to grow into a branch management role after completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or related experience
• Demonstrated leadership in academic or professional settings
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to relocate for future leadership opportunities

Responsibilities

• Learn core aspects of business operations and company philosophy
• Participate in structured 24-month rotational training
• Develop expertise in commercial solar distribution, renewable energy markets, and industry regulations
• Develop skills in inventory management, procurement, project management, sales, operations and leadership
• Support commercial solar projects from planning and procurement through delivery and execution
• Track project timelines, materials, and logistics to drive successful outcomes
• Occasional travel to other branch locations and training events
• Relocation during and after the program for exposure to different markets
